Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1 carton sour cream

1/2 t garlic pdr

1/4 c chopped chives

1 t butter

salt and pepper

Preparation

Mash potatoes. Beat in remaining ingredients. Bake in casserole at 350 for 35 minutes.
