Ingredients
1-3 pound Corned Beef or Brisket
Glaze:
1 C Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Mustard
2 Tblsp Jam
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- Place beef on rack in roasting pan.
- Fill bottom of pan with water
- Cover Tightly with Foil
- Bake @350 for 2-3 hours; until fork tender
- Remove cover, pour off liquid
- To make glaze: a. Mix sugar, mustard and jam in small saucepan over low heat until sugar is absorbed
- Spread glaze over top of meat.
- Return to over for 10 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.
