Ingredients

1-3 pound Corned Beef or Brisket

Glaze:

1 C Brown Sugar

2 Tsp Mustard

2 Tblsp Jam

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

  1. Place beef on rack in roasting pan.
  2. Fill bottom of pan with water
  3. Cover Tightly with Foil
  4. Bake @350 for 2-3 hours; until fork tender
  5. Remove cover, pour off liquid
  6. To make glaze: a. Mix sugar, mustard and jam in small saucepan over low heat until sugar is absorbed
  7. Spread glaze over top of meat.
  8. Return to over for 10 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.
