Ingredients

6 T maple syrup

2-1/2 t Dijon mustard

2 t butter

1/4 t thyme

4 ham steaks, sliced 1/4 inch thick

Preparation

Boil all ingredients 1-3 minutes until reduced to 1/4 cup. Broil ham steak for 3 min, flip, broil again 3 minutes. Remove from oven and plate then spread with sauce. Serve with sauted potatoes & zucchini.
