Ingredients
4 cups apple
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup sifted gluten free flour mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter glass pie pan or spray with Pam. Put sliced apples in pie pan and sprinkle with orange juice.
In a medium bowl, combine gluten free flour, sugar, spices and salt. Cut in butter until mixture turns forms pea-sized pieces. You can also do this in a food processor. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp.
