Ingredients

Combine 5 cups oats with 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips or flakes; 1/2 cup each almonds

pecans

and brown sugar; and 1/3 cup each pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. In a bowl

combine 1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup water

and 1/4 cup canola oil . Pour that over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.

Preparation

Spread the mixture in a large roasting pan or rimmed baking sheet . Bake the granola for an hour and a half, stirring once after 45 minutes. After it is crisp and lightly browned, remove from the oven and stir in 1/2 cup each cranberries and raisins.
