Ingredients
1 cup maple syrup (I use Grade B)
1/2 cup organic whole cane sugar
2 T. butter or Earth Balance, melted
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp bourbon
1.5 cups chopped pecans
Gluten free pie crust, purchased
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together maple syrup and sugar. Whisk in melted butter, eggs and bourbon. Stir in pecans. Pour into prepared crust and bake 40-45 minutes, or until center of pie is slightly puffed.
