Ingredients
1 lb chicken
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
2 green onioin, chopped
pine nuts
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a ziplock bag.
Add chicken to bag and let sit 6 hours to overnight
Heat wok to high heat and stir fry chicken
Place chicken on pizza dough.
Thicken suace with corn starch and pour over chicken.
Top with Provolone and mozzarella.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. Top with chopped green peppers and pine nuts and bake 2 more minutes
