Ingredients

1 c quick oats

1 c shredded wheat cereal

1 c walnuts

1 1/2 c dried fruits

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

2 large eggs

1/3 c honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 c mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Oven to 350 oF; coat 8x8 pan
  2. Oats, wheat, nuts, fruits, cinnamon –> food processor
  3. In a large bowl: eggs, vanilla, honey. Add the dry from 2. and choco chips
  4. Transfer to pan, flatten
  5. Bake 18 min Let bars cool in pan before taking out and slicing
