Ingredients

4 pounds country-style pork spareribs

1 cup ketchup

3 teaspoons salt

2 Tablespoons Worchester sauce

2 cups water

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

Cover spareribs with sauce in single layer. Bake at 350 F. for 2.5 hours. Cover for 2 hours, uncover last half hour.
