Ingredients

8 Eggs

16 ounces of cottage cheese (2 cups)

1 cup of oatmeal

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of oil

milk as needed (whole)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients (except milk) in mixer
  2. Allow to sit for five minutes to thicken
  3. Add a little milk so it flows smoothly
  4. cook pancakes on griddle
  5. Add milk as needed to keep batter flowing
