Ingredients
8 Eggs
16 ounces of cottage cheese (2 cups)
1 cup of oatmeal
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of oil
milk as needed (whole)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients (except milk) in mixer
- Allow to sit for five minutes to thicken
- Add a little milk so it flows smoothly
- cook pancakes on griddle
- Add milk as needed to keep batter flowing
