Ingredients

3/4 stick butter

2 c med or long grain white rice

2 cans beef consume

2 cans h20

salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300. Melt the butter on the stove top over med heat. When butter is mostly melted, add rice and brown (maybe 10 min) stirring often. When brownedish, add consume, water and seasonings. Stir. Transfer to oven and bake for about 1 hr, covered. Do not stir while baking.
