Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup cold water
1 tsp. salt
5 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Bananas (good size or add couple more)
1 cup walnuts or chocolate chips
Preparation
Add ingredients in order to large mixing bowl, except the chocolate chips or nuts. Mix well with beater or electric mixer. Add chocolate chips or nuts and hand mix. Grease and flour two large bread pans. Pour mixture evenly into the 2 pans. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
