Ingredients
2.2 lbs golden delicious apples
2 eggs
3.5 oz. flour
3.5 oz sugar
3.5 oz. amaretti
3.5 oz. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 pack yeast for baking
Preparation
Peel and cube ½" the apples. Add the softened butter and all the other ingredients except for the amaretti. Place the mixture in a rectangular pan, like one used to bake lasagna. Sprinkle on the crumbled amaretti and some (noce di burro) butter. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Allow to cool before serving.
