500 grams of fresh strawberries
150 grams of powdered sugar
4 whole strawberries for garnish
few mint leaves for garnish
150 ml of fresh cream
little vanilla extract
Preparation
Clean strawberries and whip them into pieces. Spend half of the juice through a sieve to remove the seeds. Combine 125 grams of powdered sugar and blend. Put the mixture into a mold and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, stirring frequently. The granita must have a soft consistency. Whip the cream with the remaining icing sugar and vanilla and garnish the granita.
