Ingredients

3/4 c sunflower seeds (unsalted)

1 1/2 c uncooked oatmeal

1/4 c ground flaxseed

1/2 c dried cranberries

1/2 c slivered almonds

1/2 c shredded unsweetened coconut

3 tbs natural peanut butter

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/3 c maple syrup or honey

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 Combine ingredients in a bowl until evenly blended. Press mixture in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
