Ingredients

1 baked tart crust (9 inch)

6 T sugar

2 egg yolks

1/2 stick unsalted butter at room temperature

1/2 c ground almonds

Grated peel of one lemon

1/2 c apricot preserves

1/4 c Grand Marnier

Grapes, halved

Preparation

Beat sugar and yolks to pale yellow. Beat in butter. Blend in nuts and lemon peel. Spread into crust. Bake 350 till browned and set, about 10 minutes. Combine preserves and GM in blender. Remove tart from oven. Arrange grapes in single layer to cover completely. Brush with preserve glaze.
