Ingredients

4 cups torn romaine lettuce

2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 small cucumber, sliced

1 small purple onion, thinly sliced

1 small green pepper, seeded and cut into strips

2/3 cup sliced radishes

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.

  2. Combine vinegar, oil, oregano, and pepper in a small bowl, stirring well.

  3. Pour vinegar mixture over lettuce mixture, tossing well.
