Ingredients

1 head of romaine lettuce torn

2 tomatoes chopped

1/2 green pepper chopped

1/2 cucumber sliced

slivers of red onion

1/2 cup feta - crumbled

kalamata olives

Dressing

3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregeno - dried

1/2 teaspoon basil - dried

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Preparation

For the salad… Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

For the dressing…. Combine all ingredients in container and shake.
