Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (1 1/2 pds each)
2 onions diced
2 bags (quart sized 2/3 filled) green chilis peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 lg cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1 TBL oregano
1-2 tsp cumin
1 quart/can chicken broth (make sure it covers ingredients)
1-2 TBL mild chili powder
Preparation
Saute pork, cover with chicken broth Add other ingredients and simmer 3 hours (low)
Add 1/4 cup flour (mixed with water) to thicken before serving.
