Ingredients

4 handfuls spinach (2 ounces)

Juice of 1 lemon

2" knob of ginger, peeled

4 pears, stemmed and cored

2 small cucumber

2 cups water

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender with 1/2 cup water and puree until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup more water to thin as desired.
