Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

¾ cup sour cream

3 to 4 anchovy fillets

¼ cup tarragon leaves

¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley

¼ cup chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garlic cloves, peeled (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients, except the garlic cloves, to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Refrigerate
