asparagus (stems broken)

olive oil

mustard powder (english mustard)

sugar

salt

Preparation

  1. blanch the asparagus (careful not to overcook)
  2. rinse asparagus in cold water to stop the cooking process
  3. Lay on a plate and drizzle with olive oil
  4. sprinkle with dry mustard, salt and sugar
  5. grill asparagus on barbecue
