Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed (if you take each end and snap it it will snap off the tough end and leave you with the tender part)
juice of about two lemons
4-6 cloves of garlic smashed, or 2-3 teaspoons of bottled minced garlic (don’t be afraid to overdo it, a lot of the garlic comes off during cooking)
salt and pepper to taste
you can also wrap the asparagus in prosciutto if you want some extra flavor
Preparation
marinate the asparagus and other ingredients for at least 2-3 hours, put on grill for about 15 minutes when it’s crisp tender
