Ingredients
1 large eggplant
1 bu swiss chard
4 large tomatoes
1 cup of shredded fontina cheese & parmesan
herbs to taste
Preparation
slice eggplant into 1/4" rounds-grill them slice tomatoes into 1/2" rounds-grill them saute chopped chard with garlic oil casserole dish at least two layers as follows: eggplant, cheese, chard, tomato. top with cheese Bake uncovered at 350 until browned & bubbling.
