Ingredients
1 lb. any white fish fillet or tuna
1 med. onion, chopped course or halves sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
4 Tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation
Mix onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, oregano, and garlic for marinate. Salt and pepper fish. Marinate fish in covered baking dish in refrigerator for 1 hour or so turning at least once.
Grill fish. Saute onion from marinate with a little extra olive oil. Flake fish. Serve with slaw, onions, green salsa, guacamole, and lime slices.
