Ingredients
1/4 C lime juice
3 t soy sauce
1 1 /2 tsp veg. oil
1 1 1/2 tsp chpd cilantro
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic
1 lb red fish filets
fresh salsa
black olives
avocado slices
Preparation
Combine lime juice, soy sauce, oil, cilantro, tabasco and garlic. Brush generously over fish before and during grilling. Grill over med heat until fish is done. Garnish with salsa, olives and avocado
