Ingredients

8-10 chicken breasts

1 1/2 salad oil

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

2 1/4 teaspoon ground sea salt

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoon parsley

2-4 crushed garlic cloves

1/3 cup of lemon juice.

Preparation

-Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. -Pour into large dish with lid. -Add chicken and marinate overnight.
