Ingredients
½cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup chopped scallions(white part only)
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoonminced garlic
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon turmeric
4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts or any part of
chicken you like
Preparation
Combine oil,scallions, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin,salt,turmeric and cayenne pepper in the container of a blender or a food processor. Process untilsmooth. Rub themixture on both sides ofthe chicken breasts and letstand 30minutes. Preheat outdoor grill or indoor grill pan tomedium‐hot heat. Grill chicken breasts 5 - 7minutes on each side or until done. Yield: 4 servings
