Ingredients

Burgers

•1 lb. Premium ground beef

(with at least 20% fat)

•2 tsp. Ground cumin

•2 tsp. Ground smoked paprika

•1 tsp. Ground coriander

•1 tsp. Fresh cracked black pepper

•Sea salt to taste

Add all ingredients except salt into work bowl and mix. Divide into four equal patties and season both sides with salt and grill.

Burger Condiments

•Bacon -

Put 8 slices of bacon in oven at 375

degrees for 25 minutes or until crisp

•Sour Cream -

Finely dice 1 chipotle pepper and add

mix with 4 ounces of sour cream.

•Pico De Gallo -

Dice one tomato, one half medium white

onion, half bunch of cilantro, add the

juice of one lime and season with salt

and pepper

•Monterey Jack Cheese

•Avocado - Sliced or Mashed and

tossed with lime juice salt and pepper

•Brioche buns - Grilled

Options •Add Serrano pepper to Pico de Gallo •Add 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper to the ground beef •Switch Cheese to Pepper Jack •Switch to Peppered Bacon •Butter buns before toasting

Tip: Dont use lean ground beef and don’t press down on burger when grilling (this will result in a dry burger)
