Ingredients

5 raw habanero peppers

5 roasted habanero peppers

2 heads of roasted garlic

1 head raw garlic

10 oz. fresh carrot juice

1 oz. resposada tequila

4 dashes Angostura bitters

1 pablano pepper

2 oz. red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until puréed.
