Ingredients
2 lbs loose, sage sausage (Whole Foods)
1 jar favorite chutney (Bardshires is very good)
3 packages puff pastry
egg wash
Preparation
Defrost pastry dough in ‘fridge Rollout dough, spread chutney, lay sausage onto one end, roll-up and using egg wash, pinch together. Brush egg wash on top of roll. Place on cookie sheet and partially freeze Slice into 1" pieces and place in freezer bag Bake 425 degrees about 20 minutes until brown and bubbly
