Pork drippings from roast
1 T butter
1 chopped onion
1 chopped celery stalk
1 chopped carrot
1/2 C flour
2 C chicken broth
1 C hard cider
Preparation
cook drippings, butter, veggies to soften (10") add flour to make roux and begins to brown add broth and cider simmer 30", strain
