Ingredients

1 lb of elbow noodles

1/4 C of grated sweet onion

2 1/2 C Best Foods mayo

1/2 C shredded carrot

salt/ white pepper

optional 1-3 T milk

Preparation

Whisk mayo, carrot, onion, salt and pepper together in a big bowl. Cook noodles till soft about 9 minutes. Let pasta cool then mix in with mayo mixture. Season to taste.
