Ingredients
3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup fat-free mayo
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup splenda or sugar substitute
Preparation
In large bowl combine broccoli thru bacon bits. In small bowl, combine mayo, vinegar and splenda. Add dressing to salad and toss gently
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
