Ingredients
9 " pie crust bottom
1/4 lb swiss cheese, shredded
small can of sliced mushrooms or sauted fresh
1 8 oz low fat cottage cheese
1 C skim milk
4 eggs
1 t prepared mustard
1/2 tsp thyme
1/3 tsp salt
14 tsp pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms into pie crust. In blender, blend remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes and turn oven to 325 and bake 35-40 longer. Let cook slightly.
