Ingredients

1 boneless beef chuck roast

1 pkg. Kraft Recipe Makers Hickory BBQ beef

7 sandwich buns, split

Preparation

  1. Add meat to slow cooker. Top with Simmer sauce; cover. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. (or on high 6-8 hrs). 30 minutes before serving:
  2. Transfer meat to cutting board. Let stand 10 min. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks.
  3. Use ladle to remove liquid from slow cooker; set aside.
  4. Return meat to slow cooker; stir in Finishing Sauce. if desired, add some of the reserved liquid to reach desired consistency. Increase heat to high; cook, covered, 15 min. Serve in buns.
