Ingredients
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Envelop Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch
Salad dressing mix
1/2 cup diced, bottled pimentos or red peppers, drained.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Best if chilled overnight. Garnish with chives. Serve with raw vegetables.
