Whole Roaster Chicken
Hoisin Glaze
Butter or spray margarine
Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Preparation
Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper. Baste with butter or spray margarine and optionally balsamic vinegar. Roast on rotisserie for 2 hrs. (less for smaller birds), keeping grill temperature around 350 degrees. Baste with hoisin glaze and roast another 15 mins.
