Ingredients

2 cups of STRONG Black English Tea

3 cups of Bourbon

1 can/12 fl ozs of Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice

1 can/12 fl ozs of Frozen Concentrated Lemonade

32 oz of Pure Pineapple Juice

Prosecco to taste

Preparation

Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 Black Tea bags… let sit for 10 mins. Squeeze out water from bags to get all of the flavor

In a large container with a lid that will fit in your freezer (we use a 15"x 10" Pyrex), mix together the Tea, Bourbon, Concentrated OJ, Concentrated Lemonade, and Pineapple Juice.

Cover, and place in Freezer for 1 day

Every 6 - 12 hours stir to break up ice blocks keeping the consistency “slushy”

To serve, spoon in slushy to your favorite glassware, and pour Prosecco over slushy to taste.
