Ingredients

1/4 tsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 egg yolks

1/2 tsp hot sauce

1/2 cup butter

Preparation

Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, and hot sauce to the blender and blend for a few seconds. Melt the butter in the microwave. With blender on high, slowly pour the butter into the blender to blend with the other ingredients. Keep warm until ready to use.
