Ingredients

8 large potatoes, peeled

2 Tablespoons margarine

1 medium onion,diced

3 green onions, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water, until slightly tender. Remove, drain water, and dice potatoes into cubes. In a large skillet, heat the margarine; then saute the onion and green onions. Add potato to the skillet. Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Serve hot.
