Ingredients
3 Blocks 1# cream cheese ( any flavor)
1# granulated sugar
3 Eggs
8 oz sour cream
2 Pre-made graham cracker crust
Preparation
1.soften cream cheese unyil room temp 2.Put into mixing bowl and blend on high speed 3-5 minutes 3.Gradually add one egg at a time in tntervals 4.Add 8 oz sugar or more if you want sweeter. Pre heat 350 Degree oven for 15 minutes Insert cakes with water bath in bottom( to prevent splitting or cracking). 5.Bake for 50 -60 minues until set up and thouroughly cooked.(use tooth pick to check doneness)
