Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
Two 10 3/4 ounce cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 empty soup can of water
8 ounce block mild cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
Butter
Ground black pepper
Mrs. Dash
Preparation
-Boil chicken 45 minutes. -Drain chicken and shred into small pieces. -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Add soup, grated cheese, water, mayonnaise, milk, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash in large mixing bowl. -Grease bottom and sides of 9X13 casserole dish with butter. -Lay shredded chicken in bottom of dish. -Pour mixture over chicken. -Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. -In separate bowl crush 2 sleeves of crackers, melt butter and pour over crackers. -Pour cracker topping over casserole after 30 minutes. -Place back in oven for an additional 10 minutes.
