Ingredients
1 1/3 c gluten free Bisquick
1 1/2 c milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil (or coconut oil)
1 egg
1/3 Chex (any flavor)
Preparation
mix first four ingredients in bowl crush Chex in food processor or by hand add 1 tbsp crushed Chex per waffle cook for 5 minutes in waffle iron
