Honey Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups flour

1 Tbs. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

4 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. cloves

1/2 tsp. allspice

1 cup oil

1 cup honey

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup warm strong coffee

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup whiskey

Whisk dry ingredients together, make well in center and add the rest. 180 degrees 45 minutes for loaf pan, 60-75 minutes for tube pan
