Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 to 3 1/2 cups flour
Preparation
Melt honey, while warm mix in soda. When cool add sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon, 3 cups flour or up to 3 1/2 cups. Mix well. If dough is too soft it can be chilled before rolling. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut with a round cookie cutter. Bake on a greased or parchment lined cookie sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. These will soften after a few days in a closed container.
