Ingredients
For Chicken:
6 Chicken Drum Sticks
Liberal amount of Honey
Liberal amount BBQ Dry Rub
Liberal amount of Panko
Canola Oil
For Kale Salad:
1/2 Lb of Kale
1/2 Lb of Strawberries
3oz nuts
2oz feta cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Spread baking pan with oil and cover in Panko. Place drumsticks on pan Cover in BBQ dry rub Slather in honey Cover in Panko. Roast at 400 for 35-40 minutes
Separately, simply mix kale with lemon juice, strawberries, nuts and feta cheese and a dash of salt (lightly steam kale if you preferred it to be more limpy).
Plate and enjoy!
