Ingredients

3 skinless chicken breasts

Marinade:

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 lime juiced and zest

2 teaspoons fresh ginger

1 clove garlic

Salt & Pepper

Sauce:

1 mango cubed

1/2 sweet onion minced

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1 lime juiced

2 teaspoons butter

salt

Preparation

Marinate chicken for 6-24 hours. Grill. For the sauce, saute the onion in butter until soft. Stir in mango, and chili sauce - saute 1 minutes. Puree the mango add lime, and salt. Press the mango through a sieve. Serve with the chicken.
