Ingredients
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 lemon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a pint-size screw-top jar. Cover and shake well. Better yet blend in a blender or small food processor. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
