4 c sharp chedder cheese, grated

1 Tbsp mustard

3 Tbsp horseradish

1/2 c stout ale

1 pinch cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp vinegar

2 dash(es) tabasco

1 pinch ground black pepper

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste
